Ingredients

Toppings (optional): fresh chopped parsley  

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 4 min, using Ground Meat Separator to break up chunks.   
  2. Meanwhile, dice pepper.   
  3. Add diced pepper, diced tomatoes, water, macaroni, tomato paste, and seasoning to pot. Stir to combine. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender, about 12–14 min. Stir in cheese.   
  4. Add parsley to serve, if desired.
