This one is for the chocoholics! We’re talking chocolate from every angle here—pudding mix, cake mix, and a generous sprinkle of chocolate chips. It’s rich and gooey; you won’t believe it only takes 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to mix up. Everything in here is gluten free, too, so more choco-lovers can join the party.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly oil 9" X 13" baking dish.
  2. Cube butter; place in a microwave-safe bowl. Add milk. Microwave, uncovered, on high, 4 min, stirring every 1 min, or until butter is melted.
  3. Meanwhile, sprinkle cake mix evenly into the baking dish, then sprinkle pudding mix overtop.
  4. Pour the butter and milk mixture into the dish and gently whisk to combine (it doesn’t have to be stirred entirely).
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake 40–45 min, or until toothpick comes out mostly clean, with a few crumbs on it. Serve warm.
Tips

Milks with higher fat content will result in a moister chocolate cake. Try whole or homogenized milk!
