Picture warm, fresh biscuits alongside your favourite soups and stews, their golden crust begging to be dunked into savoury goodness. Or, serve them at a brunch spread that’ll steal the show on special occasions. These are everything a biscuit should be: fluffy, tender, and irresistibly buttery. The best part? They’re gluten-free and easy to make, even for non-bakers!

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner
  2. In a small bowl, whisk egg with milk. Set aside.
  3. Cube butter; place in a large bowl with mix. Using a fork or a pastry blender, cut butter until it’s the size of small peas. Add egg mixture and stir until evenly moistened.
  4. Scoop dough into 8 mounds, about 14 cup each. Place on pan and bake until golden-brown, 17–20 min.
Tips

Pairs deliciously with Home-Style Chicken Stew—double up on veggies and omit potatoes.

For perfectly even biscuits, use Prep Pro Scoop (14 cup) and scrape scoop to level on the side of the bowl.
