The secret to great steakhouse-style fries is a combo of cheesy, coated fries dipped in aioli that’s flavoured with truffle oil. If truffles aren’t your jam, swap in Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix or Big Burger Sauce Mix. The creamy, garlicky flavour is a sublime substitute.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Arrange frozen fries on pan and bake according to package instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, and truffle oil.
  4. Divide cooked fries between 4 bowls; drizzle with truffle sauce and sprinkle with seasoning.
Tips

Truffle-infused olive oil is typically found in small bottles at a grocery store or specialty food store. Drizzle over mushroom risotto, mac & cheese, scrambled eggs, or hummus.

Make your own fries with Rosemary Garlic Oven Fries but swap in Cheesy Fries Seasoning or Kickin’ Jalapeño Burger Seasoning.
